overall score

hi, i like the idea seeing the different top 10 in a division, top 10 managers by score and top 15 countries. may i suggest to make the overall score a rolling 12 month total, because no one is ever going to catch dark tiger or even get in the top 20 if u just start. it doesn't have to be 12 month could be 6 or 9 or 15 month. u get the idea. i just think that it would make it more interesting.

what r your thoughts on this?

I like that, a second shorter-period ranking next to the all-time ranking.
