true, but everyone deserves a chance to have a super player from their center. but i have to agree the youth centers are giving out far too good players. maybe they shld be some kind of moderation. probably like youth centers in lower divisions would give only normal players, and vice versa in higher divisions would hav a better chance of getting superb players. the best players in the game hav over 90%, and most of the team in the top divisions uses players over 80%. honestly it will be weird to actually find people in F or E owning lots of players over 80%. in my opinion, i still think its ok for a team to own maybe one or two players over 80%, but too many it spoils the game. me myself i hav currently to date 18 players 80% rating and above when i'm in div C. so in the end its the tatics that counts.

well, I have 8 players with rating 80+ , 3 of them were given to me at the start, and I got 3 players cheap because they were not fully trained and had low moral, and for the other two I paid 4M and 3.5M because I managed to agree on a price with their owner and I'm in E division (probably in D next season)

I totally disagree with you. As your idea will only make the top-division teams stronger and the low-division weaker.
Things as they are give the chance to any team to become a top team. As in real life. If a small club as the luck to produce 2 or 3 top players and if the administration of that club takes the right measures, that club can gain a lot from that situation and become a better club...
If a club invests in formation, that effort must be rewarded...dispite of the division on wich the club plays...
