This could be done like in a programs that are dealing with real money (in banks for example). All workers important information has to enter twice into the textbox.

How would this look like. Manager enters amount into the textbox and then he press enter. Number from the textbox goes into the temp variable and textbox is clear for the second entering. When manager enters amount for the second time we have two number to compare and if they are equal manager proceeds to the next operation.
