Things like ideal prices are just a matter of experience, which the makers of SPMT liked to share. Share with everyone btw, not just with the actual third that's using it now.

There is the redirection to the hidden skill that could be a little bit more specific in the rules, that's where I really find that you're spot on, but there's nothing that keeps the managers to visit this forum or explore SP world and discover SPMT, is there?
Obviously, both of us are dead set in our views on this and neither one of us will change the others way of thinking. But I think you're overextending the definition of speed and saving time a bit much.

I can use your logic of saving time and apply it to anything, even the most flagrant type of cheating, and it still works. Let's say I'm playing some computer role playing game, and I use a character editor to bump the level of my character from level 3 to level 40. Nothing wrong with that... if I played enough I'd make it to level 40 eventually anyway, right? I'm just saving time.

Or if I was playing Championship Manager and used an editor to give myself the best players, or a bottomless bankroll. With experience, I'd have an awesome team eventually anyway, so why not just skip the challenging bit where I learn the strategy of the game and save a bunch of time?

Games are designed to occupy our time by having us think of strategies to win at them. If time was the all important issue, we'd save the most time by not playing games altogether.

And yes, the developers of SPMT are doing what they can to spread the tool to everyone, and people on this thread were forthcoming with these excel spreadsheets to address my biggest complaint. But regardless of what you do, there will always be new players or players who for whatever reason, haven't heard of or can't run these tools. I want to beat those players with strategy, not because I have better tools than them. Likewise, I don't mind losing to a better player, but I mind losing to an outside tool.

I don't know.. Belfast Giants put it well when he said in every game, there are people who say added tools are cheating and others who say they're just convienient. Most people here seem to like the status quo, so I'll stop being the stereotypical loudmouth American, and learn to live with it if I want to stick around. But I was quite curious to see what the general opinion on this was, and if a lot of people here thought like I did. :)

It's not possible to change their names or where they're from. You can only make a nickname.

Also, if you want your youth players to be from Swaziland then you need to hire a youth co-ordinator from there. Otherwise your new players will be from wherever your youth co-ordinator is from.
