I believe that's why I'm coming around to really likeing the "buy it now" idea. (But only if the BIN price is known) as it shouldn't distort things too much in terms of market values and equlibrium but give the option to remove the endless bidding. (rather than PMing the other manager which is laborious, takes time for a reply and has language barriers) Thinking about it a known BIN price would also actually encourage bidding faster! (Thoguh it would also reduce the number of speculative bidders but it at odds with the angle-dutch system, but no matter)
