(idea four those user ho have SPMT)(is it SPMT???)
1.each season manager can change hes team name
2. 1 time in whole manager carrier u can change your nickname

I assume you mean SPFA...
And it is already possible to do that whenever you want (should you have SPFA, that is).

You can do this if you are SPFA member

Ze and PipkiN, I think he means that he want these options possible for non-SPFA users.
