No, I don't live at my country of birth and i don't want to play for the Country i currently live in. I want my team to be from my country of birth.
Unless you make exceptions like mine

i wouldn't mind the idea.

i m a romanian manager and my team is a somalian one , that was my way to make a jomke at the begining of the game, i never liket football so much so i thought that i will not play sp for long, but now i enjoy it very much and i dont have the posibility to change my country because is set to remain like that, and that's why i do not agree, now i like the game very much and if i was permitted to change my flag in to romanuian one i whould do that, but i dont have that opportunity, so i will remain for the time beeing a romanian manager with romanian text and atributes in my profile but with a somalian flag,
when i will have a spfa i will change it if i will can

Let us translate to the real life: you're saying that (for example) Arsène Wenger should be banned from working in England just because he's French?

I think it's a bad idea, I started playing SP when I was still living in Belgium.
I have recently moved to the Dominican Republic. So in a few years when I (maybe) become a Dominican and my first language by then is Spanish, I should be banned?
You should know that many people move to different countries in their lives and therefore also know many languages, it could be that some of the managers you refer to are from Latvia, but have moved to the Czech Republic. Not really a reason to ban them now is it.
Other people also put other countries so they can start with players of that specific country. Still not a reason to ban them.
But this is only my humble opinion.

what profit do you have with banning another player when he doesnt play for his country.
i am from belgium my team is from belgium (i did that wen i signed up my team) but now i want to change this, so if it goes i would be banned, what an idea

Is this a feature that is actually being considered being implemented in the game?
