How about this?
Players get a face...
Create 20 skin colours, and lots of eyes, noses, hairstyles, etcetera etcetera, and we generate random faces to all of them.

The cool thing is, you can set certain features to the nationality of the player

Sweden => 80% is blond
Senegal => 95% is black

Etcetera... I'd like that

I wonder what features could differ from nationality...

yes nice idea. but i think this have hard way

good idea , it would be nice....but I think it`s a bit complicated
