i don't like the fact that every member of the staff can improve his skills up to 100%. they should grow exactly like the players, some of them to be better than others.

because this is the global forum and only english is allowed
and the quality is not everything....in real life you don't really know how good a staff member is..all you can see are his qualifications for the job
