it would be cool if we could have a youth team (with players from about 10-12 up to 16-17 years old), from whom we could promote players to the first team (rather then the actual youth center). this way we could watch the youth players grow, we will train them ourselves just like the first team. the youth team could play against the youth team of the opponent we play on each league round, and based on the performance they do on this games, we could be able to see wich ones are good for the senior team. i know that this is almost impossible to be made, but it would be great a feature like that..

great idea, but far too complicated.

yea i agree its awesome idea...but probably a lot fo coding for SP lol it would be hard to put it in the game now

If everybody has a youthteam, there will be double as much matches. Double as mutch matches means longer simulations. Don't think you will be happy if the 4h CET sim isn't finished by 10h CET. I think this is the main reason why it isn't and won't be implented.

hmmm.. and how to train youth player from "youth team"?
a player when come from young center, he came with very low skills.. so, i don't like this idea..But i like to chose which position will be my next youth player, in this way price for youth CM CB CF will decrease

let random do a job..

1) if you have bad RB's, you'd only pick RB..
2) CF / CM / CB are at this moment worth more over other positions (except GK perhaps).. this idea would damage the TL somewhat I guess..

i liked the idea of youth team and it will be fine.
we can't sell any player from youth teams to any senior team and can't buy any from senior.

who says it needs to take place at the same time as the main simulation? it could take a slot from the current friendlies.

Or even during week-ends..
