A lot of managers (still incl. me) are generaly 'kids'. This means that they are too-young to drink (or smoke), and generaly go to a bar.
I think it whould be nice for to rename the SP-stadium feature from 'bars' to something that does not link (straight forward) to bad associations.

You can get a non-alcoholic drink in the bar as well as an alcoholic drink ;)

What about "Milk bar"? It has also "bar" in its name ;) and it has nothing to do with alcohol :)
So I think bar does not lead to alcohol..

Personally I don't think it's a big deal...

And also, adults are included among the fans who attend the game.

Instead of renaming the bar or taking it out, why don't you just add another section to the stadium called concession stand. Most stadiums in real life have bars or a place to get alcohol and they also have concession stands or restaurants where you can get food and/or non-alcoholic drinks.
