Extra staff courses

Instead of having one staff course a week,I propose to have the chance to "train"our staff every day of the week during the simulation at 4 but for the extra sessions the prizes will be 3 or 4 times as high as the normal one,which is now.Sometimes it is very important to have a staff member at 100% very soon but we will have to pay more for this "luxus"

Тhe courses on Monday can be most expensive,those on Tuesday cheaper and so on until the normal one on Sunday

I suggest that there should be a feature which makes possible training the staff like training players.And as in real life (football), the coaches of some teams are better than of others'.Why dont they have some kind of skills that they can upgrade or train? Managers will have to choose more carefully in order to get a competent coach.
