Hi,
Is it possible to include e-mail notifications in the game? SPFA-only or available for everyone, I don't care.

If you refer to getting e-mail after every simulation with the match report, it is a way :
Manager>Profile>Personal Data and there you can see
E-mail match reports? .
if you put for example
Text , you will receive after every match an e-mail with the game info , for example :
