I have a lot of contacts for personal messaging atm.

It would be neat if I could organise them in groups for the various purposes. Just like in a real mail client.

Sorting out who to contact out of 80 contacts is a bit bulky.

i agree with that... or put all of it in 1 page at least... so that we can just scroll down, not 'guess' which page each manager is...
