i think there should be an option to set up team bonding sessions like, paintball, bowling, etc.

which will increase team spirit and player morale by a set amount (or maybe randomly from player to player

maybe have a limit to the amount of sessions you can go on in a season?

what do you think?

If so I think it should only happen in off season.

I'm not going to say whether or not it should be implemented yet because I can't think of any negatives for it atm.

Perhaps it can be implemented provided the managers pay money for this sessions, and I agree that it should be limited to a few times per season. Also, it should only be available for days that does not have an official match.
