Types of transfers

OK, transfers in SP are too boring, I think.
There are some modes of transfers to be realistic. They are:
1. Loan players. So many times it is talked in SP, no explanation needed
2. Exchange. One player is valued as another player plus some money. So many transfers are like this. You might want one of this, please vote.

Both of them would be great. Imo loaning players should take priority but that's a tricky one as cheating can be done pretty easily with that.
With exchanging a player, what I'm thinking is something along these lines
Not the greatest of editing jobs but oh well can't be bothered making it pretty.
The player's worth can be something like the median price for that player. Say a CM at 80% GR is somewhere between 4-6m, the median price to be put down can be around 5m. Of course this is purely up to whoever is doing the deal. It should also be pretty easy to catch cheaters this way.

Both these things have been suggested before, it's very complicated at the moment.
Also, when exchanging players not only does the GR count towards the player's value, but also the aggression, the BP, the player's age, player's position etc etc. So there's lots of things to be taken in consideration and at the moment, that's quite impossible, unless an AI is implemented. Even like that, the market fluctuates from time to time.

I really want loan deals! Would be great for teams in H, for players on loan from bigger clubs!
