Would it be possible in the fixtures and results pages to get the option to select which fixtures/results we are viewing. Purely just for convience nothing more. but it would be nice to stop myself having to shift through lots and lots of f/r.

I like this idea also.

My most recent results show about 10 or 15 friendlies and only one League match. Maybe a drop-down menu with League, Friendly, Cup, ALL.
