Smarter supporters please

I think the number of spectators in Cup-matches should also be linked to the round you're in, and the division of the opponent.

I checked my opponent's last cup-game:
Last Saturday, he played against the #6 in a G-division, and he got 2.317 spectators (heavy rain, ticket divide 94%-6%)
So 2178 supporters of him, and 139 of the opponent.

I sent him a message earlier, to ask him to make the % of away-tickets higher, so we could both profit, since there were lots of empty seats anyway.
It looks like he did just that.

Today, my opponent today had an opponent from the A-division (moi 8) ), and had 2.130 visitors (Rainy, ticket divide 75-25%)
This is 1598 supporters fromo him, and 532 from me.

What strikes me, is that the weather was slightly better, I play in A versus F, and he gets 25% LESS supporters of himself to the game.
This seems wrong.

I guess one reason is, that I am 15th, and the other opponent was 6th...
But still. It doesn't feel right.

Could there be a bug in the way the % ticket-divide is related to the number of people coming to games???

Either way, I suggest the division of the opponent is calculated into the equation, just as (i thought) position is.

Are you sure the tickets divide that way? I mean, I played today my cup game and I had a full stadium: 10.000 spectators. My partitioning for cup matches is 90%-10% and my ticket price is 20. So the total income was 20x10.000= 200.000 From this total amount I only got half (exactly 100.000). It would seem logical if the fans were 50%-50% but that would mean that my partitioning serves for nothing and would not agree with your situation.

Pretty sure.
One rule (off-topic) is that Cup-money is divided by both teams. So that is alright.

Back On-topic: You have 10.000 stadium. You set up 90%-10%. So 9.000 seats for your fans, and 1.000 for other fans. Both sections were sold out, so it shows in the match-report as 10.000 (90%-10%)

In my match, it showed in the match-report as 2.130 (75%-25%).
These % must be the divide of people showing up, since you can't do the set-up at the ticket-price on more than 85%-15%
My opponent saved minimum 85% of his 8.000-stadium for his own fans, and max 15% (1.200) for my fans.

Maybe it's because he set up a huge ticket price for cup games...?
Just guesing...

Yeah, but the price was the same in last game, so it explains the low number of 2000+ spectators, but it doesn't explain why less people came to his match with me.

Indeed you are right, there should of been way much suporters at the stadium when playng with an A division team (the opponent being in F division).

from what i know (spmt) in the cup it doesn't count neither the division nor the current place of your opponent. but i agree it should count.
also what would you think it be best for the reverse, when A team plays at home?

Similar... When an A-team plays home against an F-team, don't expect a full stadium
