Country message board

Why don't we have a message board for each country? like a mini chat board or forum in-game where we can put our thoughts together as a country, instead of messaging each manager individually.
I had to go around and message each one of the managers to change their youth coordinator to get Uruguayan players, since most of them don't come to the forums or anything, they had no idea. So i was thinking it would be much more easier to have an independent mini chat or message board for everyone to read, while we share our thoughts, discuss and help each other out.
I know we can open an independent forum out of the game, but most of the managers don't go there. It's much more likely they would read messages on a country board in-game than come here to the forums for help, thus it would be easier to help them.
What do you guys think?
