could you make it so you can take players out of the automatic training, and set them individual training?

I have all of my team set to automatic training all of the time, and when I get a youth player, I would like to set him specific training, yet keep the rest of the team on auto

would this be possible?

It is entirely possible that I don't understand what you are asking for. If that is the case, I apologize in advance.

However, as far as I know, it is already possible to do this. If you click on 'automatic', your coach will select each player's lowest headskill (if not maxed) and then, when all headskills are maxed, he will select the lowest skill and then train it. (What a horrible sentence) However, after clicking 'automatic', you can select manual and change what your youth player is currently training.
