At this time there is a single center for youth that is in the stadium ... that is why it is not more youth centers? Every big club like Ajax, Barcelona, Auxerre, PSG, FC Bayern Munchen and many other clubs have gallooned youth centers in several locations in Europe and even on other continents. And the players leaving the youth centers, youth nationals of countries where those are built youth center.

I guess we should have youth leagues and youth cups as well to evaluate their performance. Also youth training should be visible too

I agree to this. Indeed, the possibility of a youth player succeeding should be lowered then as well.

The thing is, at this point, building a youth center is not a choice, every respected team MUST buy one. Making it possible to build multiple youth centers would force managers to choose between building another youth center or buying players to strengthen the squad immediately.
