Libertadores of America CUP
If we have a Champions League running for European managers, is it possible to have the same for South American Managers? In real life it is called "Libertadores of America Cup".

actually the champions league is not only for european managers.every country can participate.as long as they have a manager in the top 3 divisions
Re: Libertadores of America CUP
In that case you can segment into 2 cups and have world championship of clubs, just like IRL.

Divisions A-C = Champions League
Divisions D-H = UEFA Cup

I'm talking about the leagues that are organised here on SoccerProject. Like there has been said, also non-European countries can compete in these competitions.
If you want to have an all-South-American competition, organise it yourself or try to let somebody organise it.
