If we have a Champions League running for European managers, is it possible to have the same for South American Managers? In real life it is called "Libertadores of America Cup".

I'm talking about the leagues that are organised here on SoccerProject. Like there has been said, also non-European countries can compete in these competitions.
If you want to have an all-South-American competition, organise it yourself or try to let somebody organise it.
