In real life
A player for 17 years is very aggressive.....
At 29-30 when he Relaxes ...
so there could be a solution that aggression decline with time
such as experience grows ..?

Older players already have an advantage, there is no need to widen the gap between old en young players imho.

There are still players who are crazy when they're older. John Terry, Roy Keane, Danny Tiatto for example.

And some get worse (Thomas Gravesen, Paul Gascoine, Eric Cantona).
