As I made it clear on the global forum, I find the possibility of making 100 transfers every season very unrealistic. I propose that the more transfers a team does in a season, the more its team spirit is affected. Now one looses 5% of team spirit for every transfer. My proposal is to charge the first transfer in a season with 5% of TS, the second with 6%, the third with 7% and so on. This feature would regulate by itself the number of transfers a team can do and it would bring more realism to the game, because in real life making 20 transfers per season is very rare and very risky.

The people who do 100 transfers a season will have 0% team spirit anyway

I recently did a squad rebuild and my team spirit went down to 0%, it wasn't untill I got it back to 100% when I started winning again

Increasing the TS penalty won't make any difference for the whole-time traders. As stated above, they hit 0 anyway (well, there's a min effective TS AFAIR).

This change would only hurt regular players who are still trying to achieve results while trading.

So I'm against this change.
