Transfer SPFA to another team on leaving SP

Hi, after 2 years I will leave SP (because of spending much time, not for new changes...) but I have rest of 127 days SPFA. Can I transfer this to another team?

of course..following steps:
manager
SPFA
become a member
click on: "I want to donate SPFA-membership to another manager"
then search the name of the manager which do you want to donate spfa
and at last click on "Select"
specification that the manager will receive a message which will be announced he received SPFA...but without knowing from who recive SPFA

hmmm .. curious
... As far as I know, not supposed to pay, you must just to choose who will recive your SPFA days (donate).
