Valid code & crossbrowser

Post by Maddux »

http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=www.s ... ne&group=0
http://jigsaw.w3.org/css-validator/vali ... &warning=1

xHTML result: 89(!) errors, 23 warnings. (it's not even always the same amount of errors)
CSS result: 1 error, 52(!) warnings.

I hope this will be fixed, so SP will run on more platforms, and will look the same. Now the best result is in Internet Explorer. In Safari the training page hasn't the colors at all, in Firefox the selected item doesn't have a color at first, but it gets better when you click on it. I hope this will get fixed, cause it's definitly not much work, and yet a big result, and it will help also for devices like smartphones (iphones, htc phones, pda's, ...)

I'm currently using No-Script for Firefox and more then 3/4 of all the ads presented on the site are automatically blocked. We had this problem a long time ago... slowly fixed it... then slowly brought it back.
