I think the rankingsystem could be better.

Matches from only the two last seasons should count in the rankingsystem.
Season 5: ????????? in B2
Season 4: Champion C6
Season 3: Champion D16
Season 2: Nr. 4 in D16
Season 1: Champion E46

Hmmm, I would agree about this type of ranking system. But in this system you cannot see which manager collected the highest quantity of points in all the history.

Double rating? Rating of last two months and rating of all times?

They don't lose them in the over-all classification...

It keeps them active.

I prefer the idea of Zilviukas. Make a seperate ranking: the last 2 seasons and the over-all. At the first ranking, also the new managers can be on top, while on the second, the people who are playing from the beginning have a higher chance to be on top.

I agree that there should be 2 rankings, because when you first start playing you are very often not very good and your scores suffer, especially if you come into a season mid way as I did. This caused me to drop a Division but have now fought my way back into division C.7. My results are obviuosly better than at the beginning. The last 2 seasons would be very good compared to the earlier ones.
S1: 15 in C.7;
S2: 6 in D.21;
S3: 6 in D.21;
S4: 2 in D.21;
S5: 3 in C7;
S6: 2 in C7
S7: 8 in B3
S8: ? in B3

I disagree. I'd say that 3 seasons would be more logical.
