When a staff member skills drop, if you are going to pay for a course to the staff member skills get recovered, why not getting some tips about being a good SP manager. for example, how to improve your results during a match? in this case by sending the coach to a course (when needed). The groundsman something like how many games for week so he can have the pitch in good shape....
Why do this?
well... since you manage the whole game itself, and there's no a really "how to play, or how to be a good SP manager" guide. we should receive those tips in some way. what do you guys think?
