Weather and individual orders for players.

Hy all. :)

I've some questions:

1) I want to know if an information about weather (prediction of what weather there will be during the match) will be implemented.
In the report of the match i see an icon about the weather, but now there isn't an option to see it BEFORE the match is played..
And i have also a doubt:
what's the reason of this icon? Is it only for beauty or do it affect players' perfomances?

2) I want also to ask if individual orders for players will be implemented.
In affermative case, when?

3) Last question: is it possible to add more tactics?
For example: the 4/3/3 tactic has some variants like 2 attackers and a midfielder which play more forward (sorry, in Italian is called "trequartista" but in English i don't know....) like Totti or Kak

When the weather is good, you'll have more visitors.
I don't know if a weather-forecast will be implemented. It doesn't seem so urgent to me.

The programmers are talking about it for quite a while, but it looks like it's not a very easy thing to implement. I'm afraid you'll just have to be patient
