... just wondering .... how would it be if there were 2 periods of time (like 2,3 or 5 days) when I can make transfers without loosing team spirit .... let's say one after the first 15 games (in the middle of the season) and one in the break betwen two seasons ....
PS: it doesn't need to be those numbers exactlly ... it was just a sugestion

Yeah that would be a good idea.

I had 90% team spirit today. I signed a player to improve my team and then sold my worst player and suddenly team spirit is at 45%, its a disgrace.

I now have to play a team with know hope, but i had to sell that player as he was eating my funds with his salary and not doing anything in training.

A transfer period would be good. Maybe a whole week to do transfers in the middle of the season when morale does not drop is a good idea and one i back.

.... something is not true in there because u made 2 transfers ... and for each you loose 5 from your teamspirit .... so if u really had 90% you should have ~80% now

i believe he had 55%. Every team starts with 50%, probably the matches he played raised his spirit up with 5%. Checked his history, 2 transfers means he lost 10%. So now he has 45%.

I am not lying on the forum. I swear before i sold the man. I had 90% and now its at 45%. The reason for this is beacause the morale of each player has gone down so the average has been lowered.

You can call me a liar, but i had 90% for selling and now i have 45%.

Teamspirit has nothing to do with morale of players, averages being lowered or anything else. It's a variable on its own, only influenced by playing games and doing transfers.

So I guess you're talking about something completely different, or you didn't pay enough attention...
