i believe that you should be able to say when players get subbed like you should pick the minute and the player to swap. but if a player get injured then it is cancel and it gets subbed like normal only when the play is injured if anybody has any ideas or agrees with me reply

Bad idea, live it as it is. Managers will be really annoyed if they thought they would bring off one of their strikers at half time and then find out that, that striker was playing well and then they subbed them.
Don't agree with your statement, live it as it is.

Another thing discussed a lot of times before.
It might be a good idea if you could set 2-3 conditional substitutions, example, if losing at 80 mins, sub a defender and put on a striker in new formation.
Personally, I'm happy as the game is...
