I just had a thought...

what if say a manager had got his team to a high level and he wanted a new challenge he could apply to manage another team and if he gets the job he could then resign from his past club

but you can only apply for fc teams and if you resign from your old team they become an fc team

what do yous think

No, not many people will opt for this. Its not like Fotball Manager this is a online game with online reputation.

Oy guys seriously it was an ok idea. Just think of it. You have made your team good and it has become no challenge for you so u begin to get bored of the game. So u resign as manager of your team and start with one of the fc teams. It is a good idea but i rekon to make it better when you resign that team should be completely wiped out of the whole game because there are way to many fc teams in the game at the moment and it is destroying the game.

good idea, could work !

yeah the fc teams are recking the game like i reckon all the fc teams should be in the G leagues and after a season all the real teams should be in a comp which would make it competitive

no it doesnt just work for the manager but also for the club

if a club is going really well and then a new manager comes in and they just go downhill and sell all players or whatever then the club can sack the manager and then he has to go look for a new club

Yeah its a good idea but it would be pretty difficult for the moderators and staff to implement. Im not sure many peopl would resign from their teams though.

yeah i know i wouldn't resign from mine maybe if you were a really bad manager and like coming in the religation zone like neally every season but not if you were in the top 4
