Shouldn't players be just a bit harder to train? I see a team from league G that has a 70% global rating, which is the same as a team from a league B. Or do people like it like that, almost every team having the same players with the same skills?

Why not...that way the best tactician can break through the top division..

players are easy to train, but check the main skills of a a divicion player and the ones of a g divicion player, generally the first ones, have their main skills on 85 or more, thats the diference
