hostile transfers

It would be nice if it was possible to make a hostile transfer bid (player which is not on the transfer list).

Exactly. People would be spammed for ages with stupid offers.
A bad idea and just a way of losing gamers.

YES IT WOULD, bad idea when I have an 87%, that would cause so much spam
