Different filters on Training

It would be a good feature if there was a possibility in the players training screen: 2 options:
1) train automatically
2) train specific skill (lock this skill, so not the lowest trained skill)

In this way you can train your older player automatically (computer will choose the skill)
And you can "lock" a skill for a young player (for example speed), so you can train this skill to the max and then switch to another skill.
