Seems like we've got some fiery people on the forum last days, not only in the UK section but the same goes for the Belgian/Dutch section

In business, only 10% of new ideas really made through, so it´s common that some new ideas aren´t so good, but if you don´t brainstorm... 10% of zero is ZERO...

I'm not closing it right now, because I like the opening post. Managers posting ideas is very good, especially if everyone gives their opinion in a decent way. I hope this will happen from now on, I would love to know how managers feel about this.

Its alright posting ideas.

But some of his ideas are already happening and his others are just moaning and stupid.

Randall, his reaction to your comments were over the top but you did shoot his ideas down in flames, to me everyones idea is good until read and checked over by others, if you don't feel it will work just say so, this game will go forward very quickly if every manager came up with 10 ideas and posted them and then others checked them and give their opinion, there may only be a handful of ideas used but it is a handful more than before anyone posted their ideas.

So to all, post as many ideas as you come up with and then anyone that has a veiw pass it but be polite, then the game can get better and better
