Wont it be cooler if able to let the players have more then one position
or they are able to train to play in another position just like FM

They should be able to train new positions and to be able to change their preferrd foot or become skilled at both.

I think it is good as it is, and it is not an easy think to implement in the game I believe. I voted no.

I think it would be a great option, but shouldn't be used too much...only 1 or 2 players out of 20 should be flexible, for example a CB that can also play as RB.
But, the RB rating should be slightly less, but still higher than if you played someone there who isn't of that position...

I share that opinion. Only two or three players on a whole team should be able to have this special position training and it should cost a good price (say 500K or maybe even 1M) + take quite a long time ( I suggest 1 season).
In that way it would be an extra for teams who're willing to spend the money and have the patience.

If your going to spend a million on training a second position would you still say it would only lose 3 in form? Else people would just buy another player, if you say a million and then he will perform the same then its worth it...Just my opinion.

If you would implent this, people would only want to be several-position players, and it would cause the "death" of the transfermarket.
I voted no.I also don't agree with what h00psta said.I like it the way it is now.

Which would not be possible if only two to three players are allowed per team.
Though we have to be realistic and know that this would be a major change and probably a lot of work for Sjarel. It might be something for in the far future.

I don't really like the idea of a multi-position player. I do think it'd be cool to allow you to re-train the position of a player though.
My understanding of the youth system is that it's pretty random. This could lead to a shortage of players of a certain position. If it took... say... 1 full season to retrain a player to a differant position I think that'd be cool, and it wouldn't be used too often in terms of exploiting since you wouldn't be able to train that player for anything else in the meantime.
thoughts?
