maybe u could start a league where u can be managing ur "b" and "c" teams and face them against other Managers b and c teams then u can grow talent and then sign them

Why have theu invented Friendly's and friendly cups?
It would take up so much server power as Blue says, and when you want to do this, these matches would gon through during the night session... What means that simulations would take double time, and your players will always lose fitness... Against the proposal!

ya games are near perfect for now.we had frienlies and cup to train our b.thats enough for sure.fitness level are vital..
