Promotion & Relegation

promotion & relegation should affect team spirit & fan satisfication, like in real life, if the team gets promoted fans love it more than before & players want to performe better in the new league, i think it would be a good addition to the game, what do you think?

Euhm, doesn't relegation affect the fan satisfaction? I believe it drops to about 20% when you relegate. And it allready affects your fan base. About TS: I don't think that it's affected by relegation or promotion. Every season it drops by 10% no matter if you have relegated, promoted or if you stay in the same division.

I meant that it's reduced to 90% of his current value. So it's -10%.

Teamspirit shouldn't be affected by relegation or promotion. Working on TS takes a long time, and by getting relegated, your team always plays worse then before. I've seen a lot of teams that got relegated, playing a weak first part of the season.
