Automatic Training Flag

I don“t know if anybody have thought about it, but I think it would be very handy to have an option flag for each player to select those that we want the trainer to choose automatically the attribute to train.
Then we could manually select the attribute to train for some players, and put the trainer to choose the others...
What do you think ?

Very very important.
I think this could become one of the most important features about new releases.

I think in this kind of games you should not make all things as easy as possible. In my opinion, the amount of work and time you invest in the game should also make you succeed better -- those who log in regularly to make the necessary changes (training, line-ups, whatever) should have edge over those who don't. So, I wouldn't automatize the training system any more than there's now.

I agree with Petheik.

But what about people with limited internet access? Should they be made to suffer just because they're less privilaged than others?

too bad for them but actually yes. Less online means less activity... and the more activity the bigger the chance that you are better.
In each strategy thing it goes like this, economy, war, strategy games, training... the more you act the more you get and the more you get the better you are.
Edit: We know that SP has more official league matches then any other soccer game. Limited acces lowers the chance to manage them well. It is a known fact that people have limited access. 4 official matches a week and 1 cup match is one of the points that SP makes so popular. There are other games that goes slower and these fits very well for people with limited access. So it is up to the player to make a choice and not up to a game to make things easier for they who can't be online that much as others

It's also up to the game to not make things harder for current users for whom the game fits well at the moment.

the more harder it is we will all take it as challenge... when i first join i think a lot of thing its not realistic but now its fine as it is.............and we have to learn to adapt to the game not vice-versa.

definitely changes are good, but not in this one....i agree with mysticalguard the more you make an effort the more you win..life is like that...ive been here for quite a while now and seen a lot of good changes from the sp staff except loan issue.usually its works like this:
if we have a problem and post an issue, if the sp staff dont reply, my advice is : move on with others...the topic is useless..as this topic which come from jaluis.no offence but that i can see for sure...the training system for now is the best.....

I'm not saying that those who make the effort don't deserve to win more. I'm aware that when someone puts more time and effort into something they're going to get more out of it. I'm one of the lucky ones that has access to the game 24/7. All I'm saying is that before rejecting a feature such as this we should take into account those who can't afford to be on the internet frequently.
This feature would allow those that aren't on all that often to have a better chance of competing. Those that are on frequently wouldn't have to use it, so they'd still benefit from their regular interference.

well... I work 12 hour night shift which means I can't be online as much as I'd like to be. Does that mean I should be penalised for my job? Seems awfully unfair to me... I already have a disadvantage when it comes to transfers.
Training is fine as it is IMO... I generally set the training of my players myself anyway
