Right everyone as a hyper (or everyone will soon have one) either way it will soon be no advantage.
Training Centers in my ipinion should be included, like youth centers it wont take long till everyone as the best however, where are the running costs?
I reckon we should implement running costs, and if a team goes under the centers should be closed and run at only a basic level. We should also be able to put as much or as little money into them.
Example Hyper Youth Center
Option 1= Pay basic running costs
Option 2= Pump more money into the ceneter, this would improve the players you get out of the center, the more money you put in the better the player will be, this would also reduce the risk of having youths not good enough. This gives teams that look after there fiances a well deserved advantage.

Training center. I don't think it's a good idea. But I would change something in the speed of training a player. When you play in a higher division, you should be able to train your player faster to a higher level than managers in F or G.
Youth Centre: there are allready running costs involved. 5 000, 10 000 and 20 000 for a simple, professional and hyper modern.

I like the idea, the only problem is that you create a bigger gap between the top teams and the guys just starting out in g league.howie wrote: Option 2= Pump more money into the ceneter, this would improve the players you get out of the center, the more money you put in the better the player will be, this would also reduce the risk of having youths not good enough. It would have to be implemented in such a way as to be benificial to all players. I have watched the amount of money that I have spent but still to have to pay extra for better players is gonna drain all new players budgets to the ground. Do you want to see all the top teams getting world class youths out every couple of days whereas all the new players get disheartened because of the fact that they see that their players are only like 50% players?
This would also cause a lot more teams to run into debt and the need to take out loans for training youths would become a priority.
Stadium size woud also play a huge part in this because that is where most of your income is generated (games and boarding) and upgrading seating is not the cheapest thing in the whole world.
All in all this would rely a lot on spending the money that you are working so hard in trying to save and only the top few leagues would benifit from this. In the long run it may work for the lower teams once they get promoted but how long is the long run?

Then my question is how big do you want the gap to be? Big enough for new players to have a look at the A league and quit cos they know that they will never be able to get that high, or small enough to give everyone an equal chance at achieving the goal of the A league. At the moment people have said that it takes many sessions to build a quality team, if the players with all of the money were able to train better players it would cause the smaller weaker teams to be just that small and weak.howie wrote:Yeah but the problem is the gap at the moment is to small.
Its like the saying, "the rich get richer and the poor get poorer!"
Having an equal playing field from division 1 to 5 aint right. Right now the gap is very very small.

I'm thinking transfers and loans
ATM you can only buy a player that's on the transfer list. how about if you put in a transfer window (like in the real soccer world) where you can throw in a bid for anyone you want. it is then up to the manager to decide weather or not to accept the offer (which may have a bearing on the players moral if he wants to move to a bigger club?) This will give the bigger clubs an advantage because they'll have more money.
Loans will be an advantage for both big and little clubs - it'll give a cheap source of good players to borrow for the little clubs, and it'll give 2nd/3rd/4th choice players from the big clubs a run in a 1st team improving their morale.
At the end of the day the bigger clubs will have more control then the little clubs.
Whaddya think?
