players ages

it seems like players are just getting older very very quicker and i just thought it would be better if they did not get old too quick

They get old at same rate as before, if you have old team get some youths in

well that would be helpfull if my youth players actually turnd out good because i have only had 1 youth player out of 7

i think that ya get to many youth players that arnt good enoff for your team
