Having a friendly league

I would like to have ur opinion about the possiblity of having like a friendly league, so like everything like the Soccer Project league but a league with our friends, with like a minimum of 5 teams or something like that. And it would be a full season like the league. Topscorers and all..
I dunno ... it would be nice...

if it is an SPFA feature will non SPFA members be able to join if a SPFA member creates it ?
