Playoffs home factor in friendly cups

Hi to all,
As probably everyone has experienced in playoffs of friendly cups (specially in those with very identical teams playing each other), the home team has a big advantage over his opponent, just because he had the luck to play at home.
If we are playing a friendly cup just for fun, it´s ok. But if the prize money is big or if the friendly cup is played for a big tournament (like some national cups like romanian, Ponziani,etc...), it would be fair that there wasn´t home factor in the playoffs.
Getting out the home factor would mean that we are playing the playoff in a neutral field (like IRL), so the home team (that I remind, only is home team beacause of luck) wouldn´t have advantage over the other one.
What I propose is that the organizer of friendly cup could decide if home factor is taken in account in playoffs or not.
What do you think ?
