Smart / parallel transfer - Smart talent scout!

An idea:

At the moment we can't buy players if we have 34 of them. Of cource still we can get youth players from youth center.

So to explain an idea, lets give you an example:
Team has 37 players. 3 of them are in the transfer market. All the 3 players have got some offers and ready to leave a team, so they will leave the team definitely just manager is waiting for a higher bid. In this case manager knows that he will sell these players for sure and he will have 34 of them in his team.

So what about the possibility to get new players at the same time already?
- Manager is not going to profit more out of it,
- Manager is not going to have more players in his team after he finishes his transfers;
- BUT he will save time by buying a new player at the same moment. This is really important when you want to get rid of some players (you dont want to sack them) and you want to buy some new ones, which could exchange some of team player directly.

So in this way Talent scout would be a bit smarter also: while selling one player, he could arrange new contract for a new one already, still when having many players in your team!

This parallel selling-buying would be really usefull in the season time, when everyday is like "live or day".
