I think an option should be made that allows to make a transfers between 2 teams without putting a player on the transfer list.
You can ask a the team if they want to sell a player and if they want to do that you can buy that player without any trouble with the 24 hour rule or what so ever.

i think that may open for more cheating. and i dont think the seller would agree the deal, he would rather put the player on list (to get as high transfer-fee as possible)

Yes that´s true, but a trade of players then?
And how could you cheat?

more cheating
Transferlist will get destroyed
big teams in A en B would get spam all the time for their players...

Well I agree because it will be good for negotiations between teams..for example the variability of offers will increase, the 2 managers can make a deal to swap 2 players instead of buying,or buying on lower price+other player,o just if the two managers are friends and they want to help one another.....but to prevent cheating and destroying the transferlists it could be possible to negotiate with other teams only for twice or more! For example you are able to make a transfers between 2 teams without putting a player on the transfer list for 4-5 times per season

The only way to implement this feature and prevent cheating is to not allow ridiculous transfers, like a 30% SW for a 85% CF. Only allow players within a certain range of ratings swap teams.

EG:
53% CB for a 49% LM
75% GK for an 80% CM
etc...

cant sjarel and co just appoint a transfer body whose job is to overlook arranged transfers? this would improve the game and keep it fair, without giving him more work to do.

there are hundreds of transfers every day, how can you tell which one is not so honest ? you open a massive task for someone to do and even the effect of it is doubtful

4 million for a maxed 65% sweeper = unrealistic.

4 million for a youth midfielder = realistic.

taking 10 ten days to sell a player = unhelpful

selling a player for a price agreed with another team = helpful

so how can the effect of it is doubtful? would you not arrange a transfer then????

also i suggested a body (ie a group of senior managers) not one person!
