There are many players with a high aggression %. Maybe there should be an option to train players to calm down and decrease the aggression of the player. Maybe a sport psychologist or something. Cause if your best players are banned after every two games it really sucks.

I think the aggression shouldn´t be lower that 65% if was 95%. But depending on your sport psychologist your player can decrease his aggression with maximum of 30% if it was more than 90%. And maximum of 15% if it was 50-60%.

So what do you think?

but that psichologist should cost a lot, because he would have to do a heck of a job (maybe he could get beaten up sometimes by the very agressive players )

-30% --- €30.000 I wouldn´t mind. Would you?

well I wouldn't mind it either, but the effect should last lets say for half a season, maybe longer but not for the whole life of the player, that way it would be realistic

well I have 98% player and he haven't recieved a red card

Yeah I aslo have a player 95% or something he didn´t receive 1 red card, casue he doesn´t play:P

maybe psycologist should be additional staff or something, but the wage should be alot higher.

agreed, again. psichologist should be one of the staff, but with normal wage, only he would get those 30000 for every 30% of agression lowered
