Renting instead of bying players?

In real football ,clubs can rent players for a season or two and then the player is eighter purchased or returned back to the owner!I couldn't find that option in the transfers,so excuse me if it exists!If not,what do you think,it will be good for the development of players that you can't place in starting 11,as well,it's an interesting opportunity for achieving money!
Excuse me if somebody else has asked that before me,I couldn't find!
PS I do not suggest that renting substitutes buying!It can be another method for getting a player!!
