Rules say...
"Morale: A player with good morale performs better. So it's important to keep your players' morale high. You can do this by fielding them in matches."

Moral only raise for players who effectively play the game. Right?
Should moral also increase in substitute players? Peharps not the same as the line up players, but half for example.
